You mean the call from 18-months ago that Musk talked about Space with Putin? What is that a issue now?

You should try paying more attention. I would've thought Musk's recent venture into conflict resolution would have helped you avoid making an embarrassing assumption, same for his refusal to get Starlink for Crimea. Perhaps you noticed a Ukrainian ambassador telling him to stfu? All clear yet?

Musk is full of shit to an extent, likes to open his mouth before considering the ramifications for it. He needs to stick to science and engineering, follow his previous claim of wanting to "stay out of politics."

Ha.

Russian and American troops in Syria meet up, hang out, shake hands, do pics... Quite a change from a few years ago.

Europe continues to deal with a Ukrainian refugee crisis:

I suggest Germany / Europe deliver ARMED FORCES to the conflict and bring an end to Russia's army if they want to stabilize the refugee crisis.

What is that a issue now?

1930’s:
Fascist rises to power, eliminates enemies, becomes one party dictator, represses minorities. Talks about re-uniting nations people and ‘traditional’ lands.
Austria Anschluss,
‘Peace in our time’,
Sudetenland steal,
Czech protectorate,
Danzig demands,
Invaded Poland, other countries finally realize its never going to stop.

1990’s+:
Fascist rises to power, eliminates enemies, becomes one party dictator, represses minorities. Talks about re-uniting nations people and ‘traditional’ lands.
Georgia grab,
Transnistria protectorate,
Crimea grab,
Donbas fostering insurrection
Blatant killing of dissidents abroad
Ukraine neutrality demands
Invades Ukraine, other countries finally realize its never going to stop.

Nope, can’t see any similarity whatsoever..

but if I'm GQP smart, Biden is the devil!
no not Putin, can't be Putin! No sir!

Looks like the Ukrainians are using AGM-88s to degrade the air defenses around Belgorod. This would certainly not be done without US approval and besides being useful tactically is likely a signal that the US would not withhold the use of our weapons in the face of new aggression from the north.

If the Russians want to come in again they're probably going to have to form up under fire from western tube and rocket artillery long before they reach the border.

What call with Putin are you talking about? Our are you not paying attention to what you previously said?

The most recent US package included more AGM-88s so Ukraine is stepping up their SEAD/DEAD campaign again. If it is true the S-400 got owned by AGM-88s then lol on the export customers who bought these things. There is video of an attack on the S-300VM system at the Belgorod airport which appeared to be successful also.

Yup, the AGM-88 isn't exactly new (although it has received updates over time) and past analysis of what would be required to destroy S400 sites was considerably more involved that "jerry rig a HARM to an ancient Soviet plane and let er rip."

press gangs:
Police and military officers swooped down on a Moscow business center this past week unannounced. They were looking for men to fight in Ukraine — and they seized nearly every one they saw. Some musicians, rehearsing. A courier there to deliver a parcel. A man from a Moscow service agency, very drunk, in his mid-50s, with a walking disability.
things are getting ugly in Russia

Whelp, looks like those T90M reinforcements from Belgorod got thrown against the trench lines at Bakhmut (that have been holding for more than 4 months now) rather than opening up a new assault. Russia continues to throw almost everything at this fortified and very bloody front in the east.
No one is quite sure exactly why Putin desperately wants this particular piece of real estate, but they're still charging and shelling those same trenches, endlessly. The small city (~70k) and nearby villages long since reduced to small bits of rubble by Russian artillery.

I'm starting to think that he thinks the arc of covenant is buried there.

And Russia appears to be making preparations for sabotage operations against Norway and/or European energy infrastructure, 2 Russian spies caught in less than a week gathering drone video of critical infrastructure there (and who knows how many elsewhere weren't caught)

Seems to me that desperately trying to drag EU and NATO nations into this war in response to direct attacks against them isn't the best strategy here, but it's a decision you can make, I guess.
