I've been laughing, for thirty minutes.

Russian troops receive Cybertrucks?

Kady said Nope, just gonna pass these along... yeeeeep, there you go. Looks scary. You guys have fun now.

Might want to bring some of those golf carts though, just in case. Can you imagine having to drive a fuckin Cybertruck into battle against the AFU? Even sitting around shooting at drones those guys might die, haha.

The Google Maps sat images are old and don't show the facility after it started to receive NK ammo supplies. All I have to say is Jesus Fucking Christ guys. Anybody drops a lit cigarette in this place and the results would have been seen from space. Hard to believe I can still be shocked by Russian decision making.

Oh boy the handling practices and storage here are (were) something.

Here I thought the Russians were really cracking down on idiots being drunk all the time. Guess not. That is amazing.

Do they want this stuff blown to hell? So they can say 'We can't press the attack, we have no ammo'? Or is this just typical Russian apathy mixed with little to no training, plus booze? I have no idea. But yeah, wow.

probably the only vehicle on the planet that rusts out faster than those 50+ year-old Russian tanks.

AFU won't need to lift a finger for those pieces of shit. Not like they can go far, and first time they get caught in the rain it's game over. Can you imagine those things trying to get around in the mud season? Puh lease.

They put some M2s on them and took pictures, they're hoping it will count with pissheads for propaganda purposes, before they get forgotten in a depo somewhere. Or maybe they'll be put on display in Moscow among some other unuseable heaps from the West.

They likely punched through the battery when poking a hole for the mounting brackets.

I hope they shut down while it rains in a fire fight

Why cannot Tesla remotely brick them… assuming they are connected to the internet

The recent attacks of ammo depots within Russian territory is exactly what I wanted to see. This is why I was for allowing Ukraine to attack targets within Russia since the beginning. This makes it much harder for Russia to supply their troops, and hampers the invasion into Ukraine.

While any loss of life is sad, if it's a choice between genocidal Russian invaders vs Ukraine troops trying to defend an illegal invasion into their country, well, goodbye Russian invaders. I won't really miss you.

From what little information made publically available; the loss of non-military life seems to be minimal.

I've been seeing the same. I think that's been the overall case with any Ukraine attacks into Russian soil. Ukraine is targeting military facilities and personnel.

Unlike Russia, which has been targeting civilian facilities like hospitals and schools since the very beginning. Putin, and the Russians who support him, are sick and evil beings. Any Americans, which are mostly republicans, are evil for even entertaining any thoughts of supporting Putin.

Remember the two attempts on Trump's life recently?
I got a bad feeling about one of MAGA's targets being out in the open.
Europeans don't seem to appreciate how armed and dangerous Americans are.

Ukrainian President Zelenskyy will visit a Pennsylvania ammunition factory to thank workers

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Sunday will visit the Pennsylvania ammunition factory that is producing one of the most critically needed munitions for his country's fight to fend off Russian ground forces.
He is expected to go to the Scranton Army Ammunition Plant to kick off a busy week in the United States shoring up support for Ukraine in the war

Latest test of Russia's latest ICBM ended yet again in failure...

My thanks to @MT_Anderson for providing this Planet Labs imagery and allowing me to publish it with comments.

As is readily apparent, the RS-28 Sarmat test was a complete failure. The missile detonated in the silo leaving a massive crater and destroying the test site.

The Sarmat is a liquid fueled missile so this accident could have occurred separate from the actual launch activity. If this occurred as part of the fueling process, it could explain the lack of Cobra Ball activity on the day of the incident.

This first, and last successful test of the Sarmat was April 20th, 2022. With these events now official, this is at least the 4th failed test attempt of the "combat operational" Sarmat Heavy ICBM.

Russia’s Sarmat nuclear ballistic missile has had six failed test launches since June 2024

(Reddit Link, as actual source is a terrible format)

Sounds like Russia is incapable of launching their more advanced ICBM.
I assume they still have SOMETHING that works, right?

Their nuclear shield is the ONLY thing keeping Vlad the Butcher alive, and able to send hundreds of thousands to their deaths each year.
A decapitation strike now would save millions of lives, if only we knew they were unarmed.

Meanwhile back in the 'States, our ordnance guys are putting the experience the AFU is having with the hardware we provided them to good use. Talk about the sexiest thing on tracks. It just oozes with raw allure. Apologies for the adware:

How come the rollers are only in front of the tracks? Won't magnetic mines go off under the hull? Is there another system to defeat them?

Because the majority of anti tank mines are contact fuses. IIRC magnetic AT mines aren't used much as they cost more and can be detonated by removal teams with electromagnetic exploders, like we used everywhere in Iraq and Afghanistan. TM series mines are cheap and plentiful, better to focus on them, hope you don't run into a new one with the anti-removal no lift feature if you're EOD. Newer NV mines might be out there in quantity, idk, I haven't heard that but Russians are having problems finding meat so they will use anything they can get their hands on.

I think the mines the AFU hates most are ones that can be programmed to ignore the first number of vehicles that go over, then they go off and now you're questioning all the area you thought was clear.
