Turkey is probably a major source for the 155mm the Czechs found. They have slack capacity.

In related news the US seems to be trying to finagle 105mm shells from South Korea for Ukraine. This round will soon be obsolete as they proceed in switching over to the K9 howitzer entirely.

So, Vlad's next target is Turkey?

I think he's got enough trouble in that part of the world already and can't afford to lose the trade and financial access.

If he didn't do anything while they supplied TB2s and the munitions for them to paste Russian columns in the first year of the way he's not going to do anything now.

That is what I remind my friends of when the subject comes to Turkeys role NATO and everything else. If not for those TB2's early on in the war, shit might look a little different today.

Why not?

Since the Black sea fleet now lies at the bottom, there's no need to use the Bosphorus, and no need for Commercial sea routes either, since China is connected by rail.

Yeah, that's a good plan, Vlad.

Trump's been a useful idiot and money launderer for the Russians since the 90s, a cultivated asset for 40 years.

He tried to make money with casinos, golf courses, bottled water, steaks, planes, beauty pageants, magazines even a bogus university. Now he's got shoes, NFTs, bogus social media.

LOL... it's like you don't have the faintest clue who you are talking about. At least you're having a good time waving that ignorance around though, right? Just imagine the brick your kind would shit if we found out Joe Biden ever shared election data and campaign intel with foreign intelligence. Somehow I think your reaction would be more than dismissive LOLs

You are so, so close to getting it.

So close.

I wonder if he also had a hand in causing that ship to hit the bridge.....

Do you ever wonder about why you choose to be so obtuse, why you have such difficulty accepting information that hurts your partisan feels?

Your apathy towards our worst national security threat trying to be CiC again is duly noted. If you want to piss on your service some more you should go make a thread about it. I'm sure a few magats will show and circle up with you.

If you say so….

But no one else is speculating like that.
Wait just now a little birdie told me that Trump told the ship captain if he avoided doing maint. and installing safety devices 10 years ago he could save a bundle. It is the lack of those safety devices and maint that resulted in yet another crash by this vote so yea it was Trump fault !!!!

Trump has more pressing things to worry about, what with being a criminal and insurrectionist. His rapist status was already confirmed, should save him some time. Anyone wanting to mock Trump's involvement in harming this country should maybe consider his 2017 Executive Order that lets companies like Boeing self-police their safety measures and quality control, for starters. There's always his abject failure over covid too. Magats getting snarky or dismissive over Trump's responsibility for +700k dead Americans is always fun to hear.

Back on topic - Putin, the guy who likes to weaponize desperate immigrants and refugees against NATO countries, is now using the Tajik ISIS-K guys as an excuse to send illegal immigrants to fight in Ukraine

"Paddy wagons sporting the National Guard insignia arrived at a vast online shopping warehouse in Elektrostal, Moscow today, where thousands of migrant workers were reportedly forced to show their documents. Checks were carried out by armed and masked Russian guards and military enlistment officers, before at least 40 people were hauled away from the Wildberries warehouse. More operations in kind are said to be planned, as Putin seeks more cannon fodder for his ongoing war in Ukraine.

It comes just days after the Crocus City Hall atrocity, which led to the deaths of at least 140 people after gunmen stormed a packed concert venue in the capital and indiscriminately targeted civilians before setting the building on fire. A number of men from Tajikistan have since been detained in connection to the attacks, which have been claimed by jihadist group Islamic State."

"Some of the migrants detained today will reportedly face the choice of jail or expulsion - or fighting in Ukraine for Russia. Migrants who have been granted Russian citizenship also express fears they may be called up. 'They check who is on the side of the military, and who is evading,' one said. 'Those who evade can be taken away against their will.' 'Whoever resists is beaten with sticks by the riot police,' said another worker.

At least they're given "expulsion" as an option I guess.

One interesting oddity, this Russian venue was built by a real estate tycoon (Aras Agalarov) with several ties to one Mr. Trump - a lesser known American con man.

My god, Trump is everywhere and into everything... LOL

Because you can't follow along with the flow of the thread.

I didn't bring up Trump. Talk to Dave_5k...

Want to see a security threat look at the border invasion.

I'm done.

Belarus has resisted attempts to drag it into the war. I think the Ukrainians would avoid any provocation to draw it into the war.

Ukraine has struck targets in Belarus before and since the Russians periodically fire ballistic missiles from there its fair game if the target is good.

Anyway Belarus going to war against Ukraine would likely be a major headache for Moscow so very unlikely to happen. Because their army is uh quite terrible and they'd have to worry about defending that border and protecting Luka. They repositioned almost all of their forces out of there a while ago.

I was addressing your snide ignorance mixed with mockery directly actually. Trump is at least tangentially related to this thread, what with his subservience to Putin and aim of defiling the White House once again. Your issues with Trump's record is different, you want to deny reality about the guy do it elsewhere. He conspired with Russia. He's a conman that belongs in prison. Deal with it.

Yeah you must be done; you're bringing up border security to defend the Russian lobby that killed the border deal, the one where they got what they wanted. Haha, sorry, insurrectionists and their defenders don't get to lecture anyone on national security. It's amazing what talk radio does to you guys, really.

This.

Yeah kinda what I was thinking. As much as I'm loathe to suggest Ukraine open up another front to the north, like you said Belarus is such a joke it would end up causing the Russians to have to support them more, diluting their strength elsewhere. A terrible army having to attack through swampland against a battle hardened defender, dug in like a badger and swarming with drones. What a clusterfuck that would be.

Russia has enough fail of it's own to deal with I think.

Smoking a few distillation towers with drones probably not enough to start a war anyway, even if Luka was inclined (he is not).

There would have been a border deal signed by Biden but Trump called the senate to kill it so the Maga party could keep gaslighting people like yourself. You're blaming the wrong people as usual.

In Ukraine? that actual border invasion? This must be what you're talking about, because it's the only border invasion that exists in the world right now. Words mean things.

You are a disgrace to your uniform and to this country. Fucking Quisling bitch.

Which is 100% on Trump as he killed the border deal.
Unless I got the wrong memo?
- Vote out MAGA and get your border fixed. It's that easy?

Ukraine really lit the shit out of the Crimea / Black Sea Fleet.

In obvious tit-for-tat blows I'm looking forward to seeing what Russia's response is because that was just a devastating development for Russia. Down to three troop transports. Apparently Ukraine has a shit ton of Storm Shadows on hand to fire 40 in what I imagine amounts to one large volley.
