I guess, to you, everything is a farm. Why have cities? They just generate all the tax dollars, so those should be spent on rural cucks. Another nugget of delusion.

This is simple state constitutional law.
Cities and Counties collect and spend their own tax dollars. In Pennsylvania BY LAW Gasoline Tax is State Tax. State Taxes must be allocated an spent on things for which state government is responsible for.
It cannot be spent on funding things which are county or city government services.

Russians have made some serious pushes lately, Kyiv is in real danger of falling. This might be over in hours or days, not weeks or months.

If Zelensky and his cabinet are murdered I hope they are able to take some Russians with them. Ukrainians will fight on I am sure, but this would be a horrible loss to Putin's agenda of confrontation and war.

I think Finland and Sweden will make fine additions to NATO. Russia won't be doing anymore invasions like this again. In trying to make Ukraine a vassal state Russia will end up one for China.

Ukraine did not desire to join NATO until the puppet regime was put in under some strange events. Yanokovych was overthrown and an American puppet was put in. What the hell result will occur? A supposed wish to join NATO, obviously. Russia is not stupid. They saw Yanokovych (who was somehwat neutral between supporting the West and Russia) was displaced under very strange circumstances. They knew this was an under handed move by America, a sort of sneak attack to weaken Russia. Couple this with the millions of dollars being transferred into Ukraine by National Endowment for Democracy, a Western group supposedly spreading "democracy," you have the perfect recipe for an anti-Russia client state that Ukraine became. A direct threat to Russia from a Russian perspective. Listen, I don't support Putin or Russia. I just like facts.

There are options but it is gonna be ugly as fuck for the Ukraine people. We can turn this into Russia's last Afghanistan debacle. I would bet that there are Americans that would volunteer to fight . We did it in china..
Saw quite a bit of discussion of this on NBC TV news tonight.

FFS we just got the hell out of Afghanistan!

Are you retarded?

to even suggest we send troops to Ukraine is just asking to really start WWIII. our military is in no shape to take on Russia. we do not have the forces in Europe like we did 20 years ago to even think about throwing lead at Russian troops. nothing good would come from that and would escialte it to god knows what.

yes, but, a a few kids trapped in one of those steel things suddenly surrounded by many fire breakouts with little glass explosions, being the only thing they see outside, and then getting rushed by mobs of people they can't see....

works, maybe.

the fire doesn't just go out easy, either. even on steel.

I'm not saying fire doesn't make people panic (not a fan myself) I'm saying what made it great against tanks in the 40s (low manufacturing tolerances, vents instead of hermetically sealed areas with NCB protection) don't apply so much today.

I certainly hope they can account for something, I just hope it isn't Ukrainian defenders from trying to handle hell filled glass and a lighter while being shot at for the first time. Things tend to go wrong in those situations.

nope. but considering that the labs are a ready supply center for the booze, the materials from glass to cloth to wax seals--for you know, fancy shit, the gels, and the slightly-better trained hands to deal with hazardous materials and fashion some tools, it becomes a quick factory where some "strange" skills suddenly become very very useful and necessary.

And they can train anyone without those skills, very quickly and ably.

So, good on those kids.
I thought those M cocktails were with gasoline... so alcohol?

chem labs have all sorts of benzine-derived flammables and other pyrophoric monsters that have to make for some HELLISH fun versions of the 'ol molotov, now with +2 heat damage and +1 hour to burn time effect.

It's not like there's "one recipe" whenever chemistry is involved. :D

just saying.
(and methanol-fueled bombs will make for some green-hell flames that will fuck the minds out of anyone wondering what the hell has just been tossed at them). fun things, you know.

you've got sodium salt and magnesium strips and all sorts of explosive bang poppers that, if nothing else, could blind the hell out of anyone rushing a door or an alleyway.

of course...then the more we think...we start breaking Geneva conventions so, uh, you know. That kind of dabbling could very well go ++effective against an under-supplied invading force, but also land you den Hague.

Well Ukraine has no importance to us but Taiwan does.

Most of our semiconductors come from there so its very important to hold down Taiwan till we have manufacturing domestically!

I'm not saying China can be kept out of Taiwan infinitely but it should expect pushback as the US Navy is the best in the world.
Heard on network news tonight that Ukraine is the world's source for 90% of some critical component for IIRC semiconductor production, so importance, yes.

Diesel works best. You can use whatever is flammable but it having a longer/hotter burn and 'sticky' quality to it helps make it more horrible. Throw in some used motor oil.
Hmm, I have some used full synthetic on hand (change my oil last week). :D

Neon gas, actually. Seems it’s critical for the lasers to operate that are used to etch wafers, etc.

Wow, you capitalized “BY LAW” therefore it must the truth. LOL. YOU think cities are not part of counties. Wow.

You wanna spend another trillion dollars there?
Wow, you capitalized “BY LAW” therefore it must the truth. LOL. YOU think cities are not part of counties. Wow.

What? The city is in the county...
But the Cities and Counties have their own respective government, seperate taxes and seperate funding.
The city is also in the state, but also a separate government from the state.
Money between city, state and county treasuries do not intermix.
How hard of a concept is this?
