heard about this story on the way home from work last night. was very happy to hear many black people calling the show about it and saying how they think it's ridiculous, but that growing up in communities they did get ridiculed for "acting white". in the communities that some of them come from, being successful and speaking properly and not sounding ignorant is just looked down upon. sad state that these communities are in.
i just never expected something like that at the highest level, especially considering every single NFL player is about as successful as a person can get.
