BTW, the latest HDtracks 2015 Rush releases are the best sounding to date.. Rush and Bob Ludwig have remastered the entire output over at Abbey Road studios and they sound clearer with more impacting bass response and overall wider soundstage. Definitely worth the money.

Other than "Time stand still" I didn't care much for Rush songs.

Even he can't play the song right most of the time. He says he's very happy when he does play it right.

Rush is one of the most talented bands in the world. Some guitar players can play faster then Alex, there are better singers than Geddy, and even Neil looks up to other drummers to find inspiration.

If you can play music, guitar, bass or drums, then compare the music composition between the two. What you will find is that Rush is a more complex rhythmically and note wise. Even some of my other favorite bands that I like, I Will look and see that it is relatively simple at a the tabs level. Also it takes 2 guitar players, a bass player, a drummer and a singer to do what Rush does as a power trio.

Rush sucks.

They may very well not be your taste, which is fine, but they do not suck. All 3 members of the band are among the best in their respective instruments. They are incredibly talented. It's sad though that Lee's voice isn't what it used to be.

I'm not a Rush fan (I only think maybe 3 or 4 of their songs are listenable), but Tom Sawyer is definitely not the Worst Song Ever.
