Running WinXP on Dell 400SC

Anybody who does this, what did you do for drivers for the onboard NIC, and USB? Since Dell only appears to have support Win2K, Win2k3, Linux and a few others.
 
Thanks! Luckily I got this free 16mb usb pen drive from Kingston when I bought the RAM for my 400SC, as getting the 5mb file would have been a challenge to my 400SC that has no connection til I install the drivers...
