Running two video cards in a single PC

I have an Optiplex 320 which has integrated video but I would also like to run a PCI video card so I can hook up dual monitors.
The integrated chip is a Radeon Xpress 1100 and the PCI card is a Rage XL.

What do you guys think?

Don't know if integrated will play nice with dedicated, but 2 dedicated cards (not sli/xfire) work just fine.
