Running two "terminals" off of one computer?

Here's the setup. My mother really needs a new computer, and I have this powerhouse sitting in my room (P4 1.6 @ 2.2). I have two video cards, two ps2 ports, and two mice, and two monitors . . . Is there any way to set up Win2K to treat each set of keyboard/mice/monitor as one seperate computer, or any third party programs that could help?
