Running too hot

K, i have artic silver three on a Sk6 with a delta. This is all on a XP 1800+, the motherboard being a Abit Kr7a-133. I am idling at 55 C and runnin 61 C full load. THis seems way too hot but I havent experienced any crashes due to that. I sanded the bottom of my Heatsink to a mirror like finish and I really did the artic silver job very good. I followed the instructions according to a site for the sanding. Im think about redoing the whole thing artic silver part, i dunno....
