I'm behind a corporate firewall trying to help a friend with windows 2003 webserver ed. Since 3389 is blocked, I need him to run it on port 22. The only information I was able to find on the web was for windows 2000 server. Can anyone confirm or deny this works or another suggestion. Thanks

On the server, open a registry editor, navigate to the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\TerminalServer\WinStations\RDP-Tcp subkey, then edit the PortNumber value. Switch to the decimal display, then enter a new port number. You must restart the server for the change to take effect

i have used this to change the port on a win 2000 advanced server box, although i cannot guarantee it will work with win 2k3 server. check to see if the key value exists. if it does, chances are thats what its there for.
