Running SQL Server Express and SQL Anywhere 10 concurrently?

I am trying to determine if there are any problems/gotchas/known issues/etc. running both Microsoft SQL Server Express Edition (2005) and SQL Anywhere 10.0 concurrently on the same application server. We already have an app using SQL Server Express for the backend loaded on our primary application server, and now have a request to load Quickbooks Accounting 2009 (which uses SQL Anywhere 10.0 as best I can tell) on it as well. I virtualized the machine to ESXi to test the installation and make sure that nothing broke right off the bat, but before I sign off on it, I wanted to see if there are any issues that may manifest themselves later on down the road. Any personal experiences you can relate, or google results (or whatever) are welcome.

Not sure if this will help you or not, but at work we are running MS SQL 2005 Server(for our point of sale) along with Pervasive SQL (for Accpac ERP) and there is no issues with them
