running spybot-search & destroy, scans slow

for some reason, i'm running a spybot-search & destroy scan. and it's slow, it pauses for the same file, and goes on. this is my first post in a while, and yeah. any help towards this problem is much appreciated. thank you
 
i've been checking other scans, and it doesnt lag or slow down. only in spybot-search & destroy, it slows down. which is kinda weird, i tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it but no luck. any advice? thanks once again
