Hey all
I've had an EVGA 7800GT for 3 years and I don't really want to shell out $150 to upgrade, I have a big Ireland trip coming up and most of my money is going into that. It looks like the 7800gt's are down to $30-$50 on ebay and wouldn't mind trying SLI with it.
What I'm wondering is do I have to match the cards up even if they're both 7800gt's? Would it be bad to mix my EVGA 7800gt with one from XFX? I've also heard that it's a good idea to even match the P/N number on the cards up, is this true or just a myth?
