I've assimilated some machines, and want them to run Seti from the welcome screen in XP- without a user logged on. Thought I'd seen how to do it a while ago, but can't find it now. Anyone??
I've found you can also do it if you run SETI from a Scheduled Task, scheduled to start at system boot. 🙂
What's even better, if it's on a system that has conflicts with SETI (e.g. Outlook) you can schedule it to also start at, say, 7pm, and stop if the system becomes active. 😎
