Running question

I'm pretty out of shape, and I've started running... why is it that after running about one mile horizontally (about 300 yards vertically - it is a steep hill that I run), the part of my body that is most uncomfortable after a few minutes of walking is my lungs? It takes a good 10 minutes until breathing deeply doesn't hurt. Each time I do run it hurts less, but I'm wondering why my legs aren't the most painful. If it matters, it is generally in the low 50s when I run.
 
That's odd. Whenever I run (which isn't often), the part of me that hurts most is the left side of my stomach muscles.
 
umm well because u are out of shape your lungs are not used to the running, so thats one thing, also lower 50's might be a little chilley for your lungs and that could be your second thing. Maybe these are y your lung hurt, also try running a mile for two weeks once everyother da,y then up to 2 miles. U have to take it easy or else your body will not want to run and will give u lots of pain in other ways

this is prob( if they are cramps) lack of water, main cause of cramps

Well, at the rate it has been improving, I should be able to run the whole hill without any discomfort after 2 or 3 more times, so I'm not concerned... just wondering what's up 🙂
