Running PSU at near Max rated Wattage

what are some of the effects of running a psu at 90% of rated wattage / 75% of max clean wattage output.

psu in question is a seasonic oem corsair tx psu.

keep in mind this ~90% load only happen ~25% of the time when gaming. Rest of the time the load is web surfing, desktop publishing, and multimedia.
