Running PCI video card in tandem with SLi 3D1 ?

I would like to find out if you could run a Pci video card in tandem with a SLi enabled 3D1 gigabyte card? This is for dual monitor mode with SLi enabled on the one. Gaming on the SLi side and normal stuff on the other.
 
speaking of which, if anyone has sliable pci cards for sale id love to see them and maybe test them out.(voodoo 2 anyone?)
