Running OS X over Windows

Would like to try emulating os x tiger over my windows xp pro machine through emulation software. Apprently (softmac) only emulates as far as os 8. Not sure about os x. Anyone know any other emulation program that I may run os x over windows xp with? I think I remember "vmware" but im not sure if that's what it was.

I have heard that it can be done but it is very, very slow.

It isn't that slow, but don't plan on doing anything intensive with it. I think mine reports a 1.5 Ghz PowerPC, and it is definitely usable.
