I have been using Klinux to cruch RC5 and its been great! However, I would like to know if there is any way to run my klinux box completely headless (no keyboard or monitor) - w/out having to login and launch the RC5 client. Is there any way I can automate the process so I can just pop in the klinux boot disk and turn on the machine, making a monitor/keyboard unnecessary?

Thanks!

There was some discussion a long ways back about programmable roms to do just that. (Dead and long buried in the archives now). If I remember correctly, and I often don't, there was an extension of the thought to plug in cards that could crunch (remember the seti add-in card crunch april fools hoax).

Lots of us who used to run crackracks for RC5 had the same problem you now have, plugging the kb and monitor into each drone to boot it every time there is a power glitch. Some overcame the problem by kvm switch but they cost far more than the benefit they seem to bestow (you could set up an additional drone/s for less than the cost).

Maybe somebody here has an alternative thought or two on the subject.
