Running higher resolution

I was just reinstalling WinXP and after the initial reboot I was changing the resolution from defualt 800x600 (this was before display driver update) and noticed that I could take the slider one bar past the normal 1600x1200 I run.

After installing the latest nvidia drivers I was back down to 1600x1200 ax my max, is there anyway I can get access back to that greater resolution??

usually there is a button to "show screen sizes that are not supported"

something like

display properties/settings/advanced...

I wouldn't advice you to switch back to an unsupported resolution. You might fall into darkness!!!
