Running GA-7DXR motherboard - Can't set 133fsb HELP!

just got it today and hooked it up. the bios only allows for a 132fsb, and it's a 1.333ghz chip but can only get a max of 1192mhz when the bios boots. according to gigabyte.com, i have to set a jumber jp51 CLOSED to default at 133fsb. where is this jumber? my board is revision 2.2
