Running Everyday?

You would think so, but again, the body does not necessarily function that ideally. It may instead prefer to burn your muscle to fuel your running. Distance running is in and of itself a very catabolic activity.

I'm no exercise physiologist, but my understanding is that you need to complete exhaust your glycogen stores before your body starts to burn muscle. In other words, you'd have to run for at least 2 hours before you started to burn muscle. I've never once heard otherwise.
