Running Chkdsk on RAID SATA setup in DOS?

Is there anyway to run chkdsk on a raid SATA setup in DOS? I'm stuck right now cause I can't boot into Win2K because it blue screens and says that I have a configuration error. It suggests checking the connections and running chkdsk /f. The problem is that, I can't get to my RAID setup when I'm in DOS. I'm kinda stuck on what to do besides the drastic and that's reformatting, which I don't want to do really. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have limited computer access due to the error. I'm on a computer at my school lab. :\ Thanks in advance.
