I had a torn quad for a year and now Im ready to run. All I wanna do is lose the little weight I have on the tummy and I want a lean face and upper body.
I love running and I had my first in over a year on thursday (55 minutes was all I could do flat out). But a freind at work says it strains your heart and will affect my hips/ankles in later life.
Is there another way of getting lose weight (lifting wieghts?) quickly?
