Running Backpack

Is there such a backpack that is designed so u can run with it,, I wanna try to maximize my time by running to places..
 
I'd look at a CamelBak type. Meant for biking, but great for lots of things. Added bonus, water through a hose.
 
I use the Camelback Rim Runner to run home from work. It's a good sized backpack that allows me to put all of my work clothes, shoes and misc other stuff to run home with.

i have a couple camelbak's myself bought personally and issued by the Army, but they're overpriced. Look for other brands, such as Hydrapak or High Sierra. Dicks Sporting Goods carries a few brands in store.

the Raid Race 300 and 200. I've got no clue how to compare these things
