Does anyone have any advice for running a game at gen-con?

Edit:

I'm thinking a Mage: The Ascension LARP, which is a technical challenge given how dynamic the game is but I think It'd be a lot of fun.

I'm also thinking that a "hitch hiker's guide to the galaxy" themed LARP would be interesting.

My favorite table-top RPG is Mage : the Ascension and I've run a LARP of it many times. I'm told it's "impossible" to LARP because of the dynamic casting system, but I don't buy it.

I'm also thinking that a "hitch hiker's guide to the galaxy" themed LARP would be interesting.
