Running 4 DIMMS with an AMD64

Hi all...

for the really dumb folks like me that have tried to get the information but failed I am getting a bit frustrated. I am an AMD64 Winchester 939 3200+. I have a nice Neo2 Plat mobo but when I tried sticking my 4 new and nice DIMMS of expensive RAM in there all went to crap. I know it has something to do with the onboard memory controller of the AMD chip... so which AMD (which versions) do not have this problem. I am totally lost between Clawhammer, Winchester, Venice, SanDiego... arg. I have found lots of info but none or little is ever mentioned about the ability of running 4 DIMMS at full or near full speed. I hate to ask here but if someone could link me or give a quick response that just tells me what I can replace my AMD64/ 3200+ Winch with (single core for now).. and that I can still use my board and use my 4 DIMMs.

thanks
Bobo

What RichUK said, and additionally the following:

Winchester=
4x dimms of double-sided RAM= DDR333
4xdimms of single-sided RAM = DDR400

I just put 4 sticks of Geil Value (4x512) into my Neo4-F and BAM! DDR400.
