6'2"...210lbs...run heavier...size 12..neutral style.

Brooks Adrenalines (red ones)!!

Great comfort, good durablity. I wear them exercising (usually upwards of 2hrs a day) and around...they fit nice, look good, and are tough.

Not trying to be an ass, but the Adrenalines are not neutral shoes. They are a pretty controlling stability shoe.

I don't run often and when I do it's rarely more than a mile but...
6'
230lbs
Shoe size 11

I've got a pair of VFF Komodo Sport that I really enjoy sprinting in. Depending on how this summer goes and what I've got time for I might pick up a pair of Nike Free's and try them out, I have a few friends that really like them.

I run barefoot on the beach in semi-wet sand. I have a pair of new balance (cheap stuff) when I run on concrete.

I'm jealous.

200 lbs :(
size 10.5

VFF KSO (retiring these)
Nike Free run 5.0 (don't like them)
Diesel flats (actually great for running)
Vivobarefoot EVO (just got them, haven't been for a run yet)
