I've been jogging everyday for the past week and a half. I usually jog a mile, today I went for 1.5. I find that when I jog, my upper body starts to get really tired. A friend of mine who was in cross country told me to try and relax and to not be so tense. But it's hard to do. Any tips or sites to read? Or is this something that I'm going to have to learn to deal with on my own?
