and some people won't wear 13?
lots of hotels don't have a 13th floor.
lots of planes don't have a 13th row.
lots of airlines don't have a flight 13.

666 is the mark of the beast, but TBH it would not really bother me that much. It's not like having that number is the same as accepting the mark during tribulation. If your faith is proper you wont be here for the tribulation anyway.

Although I've never encountered a hotel without a 13th floor I assume this is true, but that would be more for business purposes, wouldn't it?

If she wants to refuse the number of the beast she should at least educate herself. Does she consider "The Omen" a historical document?

The org that created the bib allows for changes due to religious reasons. This is a non-story.

Athiests have nothing better to do.

Besides, if you've ever read Heinlein, you'd know that the mark of the beast was actually 6 to the 6th power, to the 6th power.

You'd think that mindset wouldn't be that common, but I was once surprised when shopping for a particular watch, when I found one of them for sale much cheaper than usual. Then I noticed its serial number was 666911 lol. I figured they must not have been able to move it at normal market price because of that, so maybe more people are weirded out by it than not.

Wow I always forget how much others' beliefs, religious or otherwise, can make people so angry. IDK why that keeps surprising me, considering what mere differing food/technology etc. preferences can do lol.

They would be hilarious if they allowed her to exchange her 666 number with 69. Don't like that one, too bad.

Just try teaching math to freshmen and sophomores in high school (and I presume, 8th and maybe 7th graders). Every time the answer is 69, or someone gets a grade of 69, it's Beavis & Butthead, "huh huh huh huh, 69, huh huh huh huh." I can take a classroom of really smart kids and merely by writing "if f(x) = 2x² + 5x - 6, find f(5)", can reduce the majority of the class into a bunch of chuckling buffoons.

666 is symbolic of falling off the mark, not making the grade, imperfection. The #6 is stated 3 times for emphasis.

It's a symbolic # and, no, the so-called Anti-Christ won't be wearing 666 on his forehead.
