Runescape won't run because of java memory error

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Java about 10 times now, trying to delete anything I could find that had to do with Java but this still keeps coming up. Runescape will load everything just fine (I can't find the files to delete so it will redownload all the files) but when it gets into the game it has the whole panel there and says "Loading... please wait..." on a black screen and if minimized and reopened the whole box is white. And in the Java console there is an error that says:

java.lang.OutOfMemoryError

I can't find any solution for this on the internet, only solutions for Java developers. Someone help 🙁

Low quality works fine... its only high quality that doesn't seem to work.
