Rundown on the cheapest AGP card that can be used with an nforce2 mobo?

I'm a little confused with the various AGP specs and voltage. Could someone give me a rundown of the cheapest video cards that can be used with an nforce2 motherboard? I'm looking for really cheap and fanless. Performance does not matter at all, just needs to output a signal to an old CRT monitor. Thanks
