I was trying to install a new video card through add new hardware
and got an error message saying rundll32 performed an illegal operation. any solutions for this problem?
Thanks
Mike

Did you repeat the process and get the same error?

If you did, then just go into device manager.....don't do it through the Add New Hardware Wizard, and install the drivers from there, or if the drivers come as an executable, just run them and reboot when asked.
