I just upgraded to XP, and I love the stability, but everytime I startup I get a RUNDLL32.EXE error. There is no visable impact of the error but it is rather annoying to see it everytime I startup.

THE ERROR READS:
"The procedure entry point ThunkConnect32 could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll"

Then after I click ok to the error dialog i recieve a second error message.

THE ERROR READS:
"Error in NvQTwk Missing entry: NvCplDaemon"

Any idea what could be causing my error or how I could fix it?

uninstall your Nvidia drivers. then reinstall them... see what happens after that..
