RunDLL error message

I was trying to fix the game, Alice, OpenGL error. I tried updating my drivers, etc.
Nothing worked, so I removed it from my computer.

After that, I started recieving the following error RunDLL message:

error in nvqtwk missing entry: nvcpldaeom.

Now, IE and the DSL communication manger (Bellsouth Fast Access) are not working.

I am running Windows 98SE.

HELP!!

This is not General Hardware related.
