I have this popping up from time to time while I surf the net.....

any particular website or just in general? if its just in general, id download a fresh
version of ie6 or someother browser (firebird for ex) . having a different browser available is always handy bec it gives u perspective on weird IE behavior

I'm still getting the same run time error... it's just random. I actually have a got a few different ones. Should I Debug? What do I need to do to do that?

It's a JavaScript error, usually from ads on sites (hence the "randomness"). If you want to get rid of the error message popup, go to Tools / Internet Options / Advanced and check "Disable script debugging."
