I get this error code whrn trying to load up a dvd from the NHS in the UK with scans of my brain on as I have Neurological issues.

The dvd loaded on my Vista Home Premium laptop. This was before I knew what to look.

It mentioned EZ-Dicom so I downloaded that but that did not resolve the issue.

Please can anyone help me?
