If there will be NO overclocking at all, can you run the Leadtek Geforce 3 Titanium 500 without the fan? It seems to have a decent heatsink that covers the GPU and the RAM chips.

Unless you have a big case fan pointed right at the Ti500, I wouldn't recommend running it with no fan. Hell even with that, I'd say leave the fan on the Ti500. If it's a not-overclocked Ti200 (175 MHz core) it would be more likely to run this way without problem, but the Ti500 (240 MHz) is a very hot beast, hand picked to run at speed (with a fan). The Ti500 definately would start to get glitches and problems with the display after running for any length of time without a fan.

good god no don't run it without a fan! someone I know had their fan fail, and that sucker was toast in no time. And he wasn't an overclocker.

there are some MSI ti200's that just have a big voodoo3 3000 sized fan. they were oem for compaq. seeing as a ti200 is 175mhz vs the 240mhz of the ti500 , it still might not be too bright an idea on a ti500.
