run into problem with new build

After much research of parts, I finally bought my new system on newegg yesterday. Among it was:

x3 720 w/ ASUS M4A78T-E for $200 after -$54 combo and -$15 MIR
G.skill 4gb ddr2 - $55

I was previously going to go with the biostar 790gx but the ASUS board was $20 cheaper. somehow I missed the fact that the M4A78T-E only uses DDR3. So, should I return the MB and keep the RAM or return the RAM and get some DDR3? I never planned on going the DDR3 route but is the combo deal worth getting it now, and if so what do you guys recommend?
