RUN has ran away

Yeah really wierd but I rebooted my puter and noticed the RUN function was no longer in the start menu,have had a look for it but can't find it.Any help would be greatly appreciated.Am running WinXP SP2.

Thanks alot for the help guys,never knew that about the windows key and pressing R,nice one.Anyway found the problem eventually,I have System mechanic installed and for some reason it keeps checking the "hide Run" box.Will have to get on to support see what they say.But really thanx for all the great help.
