Run a T-Amp from the PS Molex connector?

I'm curious about powering a T-Amp amplifier from my PC power supply. I'm told to get a 12 Volt 5 Amp power supply, common plug into the wall variety, but I'm thinking I could easily run the amp off of one of the Molex connectors. It would be fairly clean to use one of those PCI slot molex outputs that I have for e-sata use. I just have to consider the amperage needed. But what about unwanted RF interference?
