Rumsfeld is on NBC right now telling another fairy tale. He's actually trying to appear congenial. But it's like watching a sociopath, they mimic normal behavior but have no idea how to behave normally.

BOBDN - As I said in the Rice thread - you are missing the fact that there are direct answers being answered and the ones that can't be answered are answered with "we don't know", or "I don't know" which is honest. What exactly did Rummy say that got your panties in a bunch? Or is it just your hatred of Bush and his Admin that has you stirred up?

Oh I don't know, it seems to me that Rumsfeld mostly tells it like it is. One thing though, that man has seen way too many Dirty Harry movies for his own good

Rumsfeld spins with the best of them. He does a good job isolating himself from the frey, but in reality, he may very well be the one who insisted the 16 words remain in the SOTU address, because he had everything to gain from this war. He had access, he had the intelligence, and he too knew the information was false. You can damn well bet your last dollar he SAW that speech long before Bush gave it. He endorsed it then, and now,when called on it, he and Rice claim it is "technically' correct, knowing full well the intel was false.

I have on problem dissing this adminstration and its leader Bush. The world sees now the lieing bastards for what they are. We invaded a country on false pretense. We have set a precedent that we cannot defend. If Russia or China wanted t od othe same to us, because they do not like they way we do things, the precedent is set.

Impeach this A**hole. He makes Clinton look like a saint.

What is wrong with hating Bush and his cronies? this is a free country and we are free to hate anyone we want. Just like you, one that hated and still hates Clinton and all Democrats. You and others like you preach the politics of Hate, fear and deception, look into the mirror and you will see a person that will not tolerate any person that disagrees with the administration or you personally without accusing them of hating you or the administration, I dont know if you are a racist or not but you sure a bigoted person when it comes to politics.
