I don't understand why so many people think we're going to go after Saddam, when we could have gone after him before.. We didn't before, and I doubt we do now, mainly because he's so predictable, and he's not a viable threat to the Mideast, or to our security. We throw a few bombs down on him every once in a while to keep him in check, but that's about it.. Its better to have him in there, than someone else who is unpredictable, and/or a major threat.. That only makes sense..
Sure, we might drop a few extra bombs on him, just to give him a little extra warning, but he really isn't that much of a threat... We've got him where we want him, why not leave him?

Because the nation of Iraq is starving and suffering because he would rather spend the money he gets from oil on weapons and his army. Since their media is completely controlled he can blame those conditions only on the US and raise a new generation of terrorists.

The situation will have to be dealt with.
