It's false Johnbear007. I feel safe in saying that a large portion of us AT NF2 users have 1GB of RAM installed. Me included. 1GB of PC3500 runs perfectly well on my NF7-S R2. I had the same results on my Epox 8RDA+ rig while using PC2700.

Thanks, thats what I thought. I had just seen a couple comments on the star wars galaxies boards, (where everyone, including the csr's and devs are retarded) and the realms of everquest beta boards (where the csr's were great but the players were retarded). I dearched the web but couldnt find anything so ill just assume it was noobs being stupid.

MSI K7N2 Delta ISLR with 1GB, rock solid. Never even heard of the rumor of a problem until now... So, discount it.

768MB on my secondary system (8RDA+ rev1.1) and 1GB on my main system (NF7-S rev1.2). No problems on either.

I have a Soltek SL-75FRN2-L with 1GB of Kingston Hyper-X and let me tell you, it certainly does not run like crap :D

I've used the single-channel Asus board, the A7N8X-X, for a brief time. It had three 512MB Crucial PC2700 DIMMs in it, and I played some UT2003 Demo with 63 bots (I think it actually only gives you 31 bots, but it was difficult to count them... I was sort of preoccupied :D;)). Anyway, it worked darn well for that, considering the workload.
