My Nexus 7(2012) is horrible slow. I mean it takes about 5-10 seconds just to get the keyboard up. Not to mention typing on it...
Reinstalling, CyanogenMod, nothing works. It must be hardware related.

I really want a new one, but the S4 Pro in the new Nexus 7 keeps me away. I know it's quite identical to the S600, but there is also the screen size. I use the tablet at home, only. So a bigger screen is preferred. I would like to see the Nexus 10 being released, but with all the Nexus 8 talk, it just don't seem to happen. Give me the best specs and I'm happy. The price is high at all tablets here, so I don't really care about it.

thats how all android thingies are, after a while the software gits all gummed up and things only happen in sloooow moshun

Basically because it's starting to age. If I buy a new product today, I want the hardware to be up to date.

Didn't the S4 release around October 2012?

Who cares? Also - It's not technically a S4, it's more so a S600.

The CPU/GPU combo in the N7 2013 is no slouch. I'm willing to bet you wouldn't notice any real world performance difference compared to the S800. Benchmarks are e-peen hobbies.
