Wow !! If you were planning on buying any smartphone in the near future, the specs alone will make you want to wait.
If this is true, this will be my next phone and I don't care how shitty windows phone 7 OS is.

4.5″ AMOLED screen with 1280×800 resolution
1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor
1080p HD video playback
720p HD video recording
8 megapixel camera with dual-LED flash
Multi-touch screen
Super-thin – just 10mm thick
WiFi, Bluetooth and 3G connectivity
4G connectivity for for blisteringly fast downloads that are over ten times as fast as today's HSDPA phones
1GB onboard RAM
1GB onboard
32GB external memory
3.5″ headphone jack
HDMI output for connecting to your HDTV or monitor
1800mAh battery for super-long battery life
Bigger screen than the HD2, but a smaller overall physical size: 115mm x 65mm x 10mm

Damm, stop salivating.
Its not true.
Update: Sadly, this is only an old concept by a user at wmpoweruser.com/ that MobileSite didn't vet quite thoroughly enough. It was a beautiful dream while it lasted, though.

How can you not care about the OS?? To me that is the single most important part. Specs don't tell the whole story on your experience. If the phone doesn't work right then none of that means shit!

Well, I have a HD2 with window mobile so that should tell you my thoughts on the OS.
If I can deal with an acient, non-supported OS like window mobile, Windows 7 will be many times better.

Yep, the apps for WM suck, but the phone is pretty solid, and as long as it gets on the net, I'm happy...

The resolution is non-standard & there's no way they are packing an 1800mAh battery into that small of a body. That alone tipped me off that this was a fake. Oh well.

Theres alot of things that gives it away.
The dimension itself is smaller than the HD2 but yet has a bigger screen ??
The HD2 is pretty much all screen already. Sure you can stretch it longer but theres no room to make it wider without making the dimension wider.
Its OK to drool though.
This would be like the uber phone.
As a matter of fact, HTC should just take this concept and make a HD3 out of it.

Even with 1800mAh you won't have much battery life with that big of a screen at that high a resolution and a 1.5Ghz microporkcessor. It will run like a pig especially in 4G mode unless you have at least 3Ah. Preferably 4. And then it will weigh like a pig. Like putting a brick in your pocket.
