Pseduo, the company that owned AGN, has gone belly up(see http://news.cnet.com/news/0-1005-200-2809996.html?tag=st.ne.ron.lthd.ni. While Jeremy was working for free, Pseduo was still paying for the webserver's space and bandwidth. Unless someone buys the AGN domain, actual entity, or Pseuso as a whole, AGN is definately dead.

PS Get all the copies of the AGN shows while you can, Pseduo's main servers probably won't stay up for too long
