but Jeff Buckley's is better.

His "Across the Universe" cover is good, but I like Fiona Apple's better.

He did some nice backing vocal work on Teddy Thompson's CD.

I've listened to one of Wainwright's CDs on napster a couple of times, but none of his own songs grabbed me.

 
One of my friends is a HUGE fan. I think he sort of sounds like John Denver personally (which annoys my buddy to no end when I tell him that 😀)
