Rubber Screws vs Metal Screws with rubber washers..

Which one cancels out fan vibrations more effectively? Is it worth it to get rubber screws? They're more expensive and can only be used once..
 
Any way you isolate the fan from the case metal should work nearly as well. If you use a screw, don't tighten too tight as that would cancel out the benefit of rubber mounting.
